1, pre-operation inspection and preparations: 1) Check the gearbox and lubrication oil (grease) the adequacy of the good. 2) concrete block machine motor and electrical components wiring is solid, power supply voltages (380V ± 10%). 3) Check the ministries bolts are tightened, especially moving parts join, if loose should be tightened immediately. 4) Concrete mixer wire rope is neatly arranged on the roll, if loose should be re-wrapped well. 5) Check the mixing tank, hopper and rail rack for foreign material accumulation. 6) Check the hopper detent pin is inserted in the pin pulled out kit.
